Virus hairullah

I have a virus that encrypted my files with id-9417650170_hairullah@inbox.lv after the file extension.

What can I do to decrypt them?

Lamentably not. I realized that the virus was encrypting my files  and I stopped the encryption, so it couldn't create a ransom note and it encrypted only half of my data.

Sorry but I don't know where it was. ID Ransomware says that this ransomware cann't to be decrypted at current time
