Virus encrypts files

Good afternoon:

Files encrypted by a virus. The ransom note is README10.txt and files are like this: 

dhCvf1fP-OsB4EJ3Zwzf8bpQ1YVz9OcxZDpSNmxq5Qs=.xtbl

 

I have tried with Kaspersky Shade decryptor but it doesn't work.

Anybody could help me? If you need the original files, please, ask me.
