Может попробовать вскрыть корпус и перевести контроллер в тестовый режим(только я не уверен какой именно фирмы контроллер установлен на флешке). . Может быть, они помогут вам найти информацию на ней. А так шансов на восстановление информации - мало. Флешку, я думаю, починить можно будет. Достаточно будет просто прошить её данной прошивочкой(должна подойти): http://flashboot.ru/files/file/533/ Но после перепрошивки информацию, думаю, не восстановить. 1

Я прошивочку давал. В принципе для всех вроде как одинаково (тут: http://www.usbdev.ru/articles/testmod/ )написано, как вводить в тестмод
