Вот. немного нарыл.

В этих модемах вход осуществляется через телнет или SSH и через него всё управляется. Типа

Что бы узнать. на что способна Cisco на своём интерфейсе необходимо набрать int ?

 

 

Хотя я сам мало что понял, но может быть пригодится.

На примере неактивного интерфейса Serial0/0 изменяем MTU с 1500 на 1400 и заливаем конфиг во флеш-ром маршрутизатора:
